Complete renovation undertaken in 2005-2006

Exterior:

New cedar shingle roof. New glass skylights. New eavestroughs with leaf protection.
Majority of windows and cedar siding replaced. Siding undercoated and stained (Benjamin
Moore products). New cedar decks with cedar and plate glass rails.  


Interior:

New electrical system: Majority of wiring replaced. Two new electrical panels installed.
New 220v supply for hot tub. All new halogen light fittings throughout. All new baseboard
heating.

New Jotul woodstove in living room.

New Plumbing System: 

Majority of plumbing lines replaced. Two new hot water tanks. All plumbing fittings and
fixtures, including all toilets, baths and shower stalls replaced, (except main and lower
bathroom vanities, these vanities having Kohler undermount basins in white Corian
countertops). All new Grohe plumbing fittings throughout, excepting new Delta fittings in
lower level and outside showers. Powder room with one piece toilet and “Happy D” wall
mounted basin. Main bathroom with acrylic soaker tub and Grohe Shower fixtures. Master
ensuite with Plate glass and steel basin, two person soaker tub with 	Grohe roman tub
set with hand shower, and plate glass shower stall with 	Grohe Shower fixtures.  

Kitchen: 

Cherry cabinets with solid frame Shaker style doors. New Stainless Steel appliances:
Fridge/Freezer with in-door Ice and Water, ceramic top range, dishwasher and microwave. 1”
thick granite countertops and backsplash. Farmhouse style undermount Kindred sink with
Grohe one piece faucet with spray. 

Flooring:

Solid maple hardwood throughout main level except where slate or tile. Entries: Slate.
Main and master baths: Italian Tile. Master bathroom floor heated. Lower level:
Manufactured plank effect flooring. Mexican Saltillo tile in bathroom.  

Other:

New solid core doors with Weiser hardware throughout. Interior painted with Benjamin Moore
products in light, neutral tones.
