FEATURES AND DETAILS:

1. Custom built, designed by my wife with an Architect. 

2. The only property with access to two roads - Cudmore and Don Ore. 
There are steps down to Don Ore. 

3. The deck built below in the woods has an excellent view and is a real cool 
place in the hot summer. 

4. Electric service has been upgraded to 200 amp allowing change from Propane 
to Electric for the range and dryer if desired. 

5. Heating is Electric Hot Water Circulating. Very efficient. Thermostats in the 
upstairs bedrooms. 

6. Hardwood floors are 5/8" thick. 

7. Living room rug remains. 

8. Fireplace in living room is Propane, converted from wood. 

9. Roof is hand-split shakes. When installed the Roofer said it would last at 
least 60 years. 

10. One of the very few homes in the area that can control the view. 

11. I have a full set of printed instructions available detailing the various aspects 
concerning the house operation. ie. Heating system etc.
