NASCAR Racing has quickly become one of the most popular sports in the Unitied States.
RE/MAX co-founder Dave Liniger raced in the NASCAR Featherlite Class, under the name of
Davy Lee Liniger. Mr Liniger finished 16th in the Southwest Tour, in 1998.
In March 1998, I was pleased to be able to attend the RE/MAX 25th Anniversary Convention down
in Las Vegas, at Bally's Hotel & the MGM Grand. Along with RE/MAX agents from around the world, I
was able to view, first hand, Mr Liniger's car, the Craftsman Series Truck, and Mr. Liniger's Racing Trailer.

In 2006, Dave Liniger, the cofounder of RE/MAX, purchased, at auction, the CNN "humvee"
that had been to Iraq, during the war there. This fundraiser was to raise money for the
returning servicemen, for hospitals/treatment, etc. RE/MAX has always displayed a
